From August 2016 to February 2019 I made my home and studio on the Western Minnesota Prairie and named the property Coeur de Rose for my mother Rosemary. This category includes reflections and art created at CdR, along with other posts calling forth the “heart of Rose” on my path.

A defining characteristic of my work and my process is layering. Letting one layer at a time reveal itself to me — pausing to take it in — asking it "what next?" — resting in its response — letting go of it — losing myself in it — But mostly, waiting with it.
