wholehearted

IMG_1691

I took this photograph from my patio on a sub zero January evening in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

It seems like a good image to suggest what you’re likely to encounter here on my artist’s blog.

Fiery roots and icy fingers —

And everything in between.

I write and photograph and paint things that strike me as having both a body and soul in everyday life.

Temporal and eternal.

External and internal.

Visible and invisible.

Thank you for being here —

Now.
