divine opening

I have been blessed with an amazing home away from home in the mountains and this is the view from its balcony.

Well—

One of its infinite views!

The mountains and sky are ever changing moods playing off of and with each other.

This evening there was an opening into “nothingness” between clouds and rims and the colors were beyond comprehension.

Painting a feeling like this is exhilarating because it comes with such divine wings!

I exaggerated the lights and darks in this scene to make the void bigger —

More inviting —

And without end in sight.

Both palpable —

And elusive.
